1. Directions for route

If you take the airport shuttle bus, please get off at the end of the route (named as lanzhou Eastern Hotel, opposite Lanzhou University). One way price is at RMB￥30，and there is the direct shuttle bus before/after every scheduled flight. It takes around 80 minutes to get to the shuttle bus terminal. The shuttle bus terminal in downtown is at Lanzhou Eastern Hotel, opposite Lanzhou University.

5 minutes walk Jincheng Hotel—Ningwozhuang Hotel

14 minutes walk Ningwozhuang Hotel—the CAREERI institute.

The cost for taxi from airport to the hotels is about RMB￥120.

2. If you need some help, you can contact with the corresponding persons according to the hotel where you will stay. They will wait for you at the hotel when you arrive in Lanzhou, and lead you to the Ningwozhuang Hotel on the morning of Oct. 23.

3. We shall provide buffet dinner during three days (23 to 25), and the price is USD$100 dollars per person except the banquet (Wednesday evening, October 24). The banquet costs USD$30 per person. In total the banquet and buffet dinner cost USD$130 dollars, and you can buy any one just as you like.

4. A board space for vertically long (portrait) A0 size (90cm*120cm) for each poster presentation will be provided. The Poster will be put up on the Monday afternoon of October 22 in Ningwozhuang Hotel.

5. In the meeting room, we shall provide computer with Power Point and Projector.

6. You should copy your PPT before the session in which you will give your oral presentation.

7. In Lanzhou City, at present, temperature ranges between 5 and 14 degrees. Please take care of yourself with more clothes, in case that it turns cold.

8. The cost of excursion to Liujiaxia reservoir is 35USD$ or 248RMB￥.
